Job Role:
We are hiring a Channel Engagement Leader to manage and strengthen relationships with channel partners, drive partner performance, and support sales teams across the BFSI network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage channel partner relationships
  • Train, motivate, and guide channel sales teams
  • Drive partner engagement and activation
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets via channel partners
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 2+ years of experience in BFSI/Channel Sales
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of insurance/banking products preferred
