Role Overview:

We are seeking a Channel Engagement Leader to build, manage, and enhance strong relationships with our distribution partners. This role is key to driving sales growth, improving partner productivity, and ensuring smooth collaboration across sales channels.

Job Highlights:

Engage and manage channel partners to drive insurance sales
Conduct regular training, meetings, and performance reviews
Act as a point of contact between sales teams and partners
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth coordination
Support growth through relationship-building and strategy execution

Requirements:

Graduation in any stream (mandatory)
2+ years of experience in channel sales or partnership roles
Fieldwork and travel readiness
Insurance sector background preferred but not essential
