We are seeking a strategic and driven Channel Growth Manager to expand and strengthen our distribution network. This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing channel partners, and driving revenue through effective channel engagement and performance management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and execute strategies to drive growth in existing and new channels.
Identify potential channel partners and onboard them effectively.
Strengthen relationships with channel partners to maximize engagement and productivity.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement growth action plans.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop partner-focused initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regional opportunities.
Provide training, tools, and support to ensure partner success.
Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory policies.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree .
3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
Proven track record in expanding distribution networks and achieving sales targets.
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel and work across multiple regions as needed.
