Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Channel Growth Manager to expand and strengthen our partner network in Jorhat. This role focuses on growing sales channels, optimizing partner performance, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic execution and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to increase market coverage.
- Strengthen and maintain productive relationships with existing partners.
- Develop and implement local channel development strategies.
- Train and support channel teams to meet sales and service targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, taking corrective actions where needed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage field sales teams and multiple channel partners.
- Familiarity with the Jorhat or Upper Assam market is an added advantage.
