Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and manage agency partners to drive sales and business expansion.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the partner network and increase market share.
Provide training, support, and guidance to ensure agency partners meet sales targets.
Foster strong relationships with existing partners to enhance loyalty and performance.
Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular feedback and improvement plans.
Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with company goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in channel management or partner relations, preferably in the agency sector.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching abilities.
Knowledge of the agency vertical and market trends.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
