Job Overview:

We’re hiring a Channel Partner Development Executive to strengthen our distribution network by recruiting, developing, and managing channel partners to drive consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners
• Build strong relationships with existing partners to maximize performance
• Support partners with product knowledge and sales tools
• Plan and execute partner engagement and growth initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in any field is mandatory
• 1-5 years of experience in channel sales or insurance preferred
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Age: 23 to 40 years
• Local candidates preferred
