Job Description

As a Channel Recruitment Manager, your role will be to recruit talented individuals to strengthen the agency sales channel. You will also focus on enhancing productivity and meeting organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive recruitment efforts to onboard high-potential professionals.

Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.

Implement strategies for channel growth and development.

Track and report on recruitment and channel metrics.

Requirements:

1–2+ years of experience in recruitment or sales.

Strong understanding of agency operations and sales dynamics.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Goal-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Candidates Requirements :

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
