Job Summary:
We are looking for a Channel Recruitment Manager to build and grow a productive sales channel by recruiting agents, partners, or advisors. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing channel partners to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new agents/advisors/partners
Drive channel growth through regular engagement and support
Ensure activation and performance of recruited channels
Provide training, motivation, and tools for success
Monitor and report channel performance regularly

Requirements:
Graduate (MBA preferred)
2+ years in channel sales, agency recruitment, or business development
Strong communication, networking, and team-building skills
Knowledge of insurance/BFSI sector preferred
