Job Description

The Channel Sales Associate Manager plays a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and other indirect sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support needs.
  • Regularly engage with partners to provide training, resources, and strategic guidance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase partner sales and market penetration.
  • Provide product training, sales collateral, and competitive insights to partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional programs and incentives for partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation
  • Ability to analyze sales data
  • Understanding of B2B sales
