Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Channel Sales Executive to enhance sales through our agency network. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively sell our insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit new agency partners.
  • Train and support agents on product offerings and effective sales techniques.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback to agents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular meetings with agents to review performance and tackle challenges.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or field sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be a local candidate.
