Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Channel Sales Executive to enhance sales through our agency network. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with agents, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively sell our insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new agency partners.
- Train and support agents on product offerings and effective sales techniques.
- Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback to agents.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with agents to review performance and tackle challenges.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or field sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Must be a local candidate.
