Channel Sales Executive
Position Overview:
The Channel Sales Executive role is responsible for increasing insurance sales through the agency network. This position focuses on recruiting, training, and managing insurance advisor, helping them meet sales objectives, and ensuring they adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by driving policy sales through the agency network.
- Recruit, onboard, and train agents, ensuring they understand the products and sales processes.
- Regularly monitor agent performance, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance productivity.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Ensure that advisor comply with regulatory standards and internal policies while selling insurance products.
Eligibility criteria:
- Any bachelor degree
- 1-2 years of experience in sales
- 21-38 age
- Local preferable
- Full time job

- Ability to motivate and manage a team of advisor.
