Channel Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales Executive to drive sales through our agency network. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with agents, ensuring they are equipped to sell our insurance products effectively.

LOCATION : SALT LAKE 

SALARY PACKAGE: 3 LPA – 3.40 LPA 

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit new agency partners.
• Train and support agents on product offerings and sales techniques.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to agents.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular meetings with agents to review performance and address challenges.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or Field sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be local candidate
