As the Channel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Sales Executives, focusing on driving sales growth and achieving key business goals.
Key Duties:
Lead and manage the agency sales team, ensuring optimal performance.
Set clear sales objectives and develop strategies to meet them.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners to foster collaboration.
Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help team members enhance their sales abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
1-2 years of experience in sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Must be based locally.
