Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow the agency’s client base.
Manage key agency accounts, ensuring successful delivery of services and client retention.
Meet and exceed sales targets while identifying new business opportunities.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
Provide regular sales performance and account status reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduation is mandatory.
2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any field.
3+ years in native or residential.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
