  • Spot and onboard promising advisors in your area who are eager to grow.
  • Guide your team with hands-on support, mentorship, and regular performance feedback.
  • Stay focused on goals: recruitment numbers, product spread, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Be the go-to person for strategy, problem-solving, and motivation.
  • Regularly meet customers to build long-term trust and deliver value.
  • Actively explore your territory for new business opportunities and client segments.
