A Channel Sales Executive – BFSI is a professional responsible for driving the sales of financial products and services through a network of partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners such as distributors, brokers, or agents within the BFSI sector.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet the company’s sales targets.
- Set sales goals for channel partners, monitor their performance, and ensure they meet or exceed these targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends in the BFSI space.
- Identify any gaps in performance and work with partners to improve their sales techniques and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Typically, 2+ years of experience in channel sales
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Awareness of the regulatory environment in the BFSI sector
