Job Description

A Channel Sales Executive is responsible for managing and growing business through third-party sales channels such as agents, brokers, distributors, dealers, or partners.

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Agent Recruitment through field sales.
  • Generating business/sales through Agents.
  • Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium.
  • Coach and guide to cross sell and grow the business.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality of applications.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
