Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales Executive to support our agency sales operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong field experience and an interest in career growth within the insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and activate new agents for life insurance sales
- Guide agents to generate leads and convert clients
- Support agents in customer meetings and presentations
- Drive regular agent engagement and retention activities
- Monitor sales numbers and track agent performance
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience
- Graduation in any stream
- Experience in life insurance/financial services preferred
- Good communication and territory knowledge
