Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Channel Sales Insurance Manager to lead and grow our agency channel. The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team of insurance agents to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified life insurance agents/advisors.
Train, develop, and motivate agents to increase productivity and sales performance.
Drive business targets through a team of agents in the assigned territory.
Conduct joint field calls and provide hands-on support to agents.
Ensure regular engagement and retention of agents through mentoring and recognition.
Monitor agent performance and provide timely feedback and reports to management.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
Plan and execute local marketing and lead-generation activities.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
Experience: 3–6 years in life insurance sales, preferably in the agency or channel sales model.
Proven ability to manage and motivate field sales teams or agents.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
