•Manage and encourage a sales team in the BFSI and insurance industries to meet revenue targets.

•Develop and implement an effective sales plan to improve market presence.

•Recognize new business opportunities and stay current on market trends.

•Promote business growth by cultivating and maintaining positive client relationships.

•Ensure that company policies and industry regulations are followed.

• Provide coaching and training to increase the team’s performance and sales abilities. • Examine sales data to support data-driven, well-informed decisions.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully operate the company as a whole. •Continuously monitor and enhance sales practices for effectiveness and efficiency.

•In order to thrive in the changing BFSI environment, encourage creativity and adaptability.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• Proven two years of field sales expertise in the BFSI, insurance business, sales, and marketing.

• Outstanding communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

• A thorough awareness of market dynamics and industry regulations.
