Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

·         Build and nurture relationships with BFSI sector clients through the agency channel.

·         Understand clients’ financial objectives and challenges, providing expert advice on tailored solutions.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial products and services.

·         Identify growth opportunities within the BFSI sector and execute expansion strategies.

·         Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, offering insights to clients.

·         Achieve sales targets and cross-sell banking products to drive revenue growth.

·         Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

·         Any Bachelor’s degree .

·         Proven 2 years of track record in BFSI relationship management via the agency channel.

·         Deep knowledge of banking and financial products, services, and regulations.

·         Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

·         Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

·         Adaptability in a dynamic BFSI sector.
