Greetings from Tekpillar!!! We have a Job Opening for Channel Sales Manager ( Agency Health) with one of our reputed clients Insurance Industry.
Roles and Responsilbilty:
1.Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure strong pipeline.
2.Coach and guide to cross sell and grow the business
3.Make individual agents grow at least 20% for every year
4.Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents
5.Responsible for ensuring quality of applications
6.Support/guide the producers in all activities related to policy services
7.Train agents on products, process and USP’s of Co.
Requirements:
Experiance: 2+ years of experiance in sales field
Qualification: Graduate in any field
(Note: must be a local person for 3-4 years in his/her locality)
