Role :

– Source and maintain client and channel partner relationships

– Assisting clients in sale of new insurance policies or adjusting existing ones

– Deliver approved policies to new and existing clients and explain benefits and risks of the policies

– Collect information from clients on their risk profile to offer them insurance policies that best suit their needs

– Implement effective strategies to source references from existing and prospective clients and channel partners

– Meet and exceed targets as assigned periodically

– Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices

Requirements & Skills :

– Minimum Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree

– Sales or Marketing experience of minimum 6+ months

– Excellent Communication (verbal and non-verbal) and Presentation Skills

– Good selling and negotiations skills

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : 300,000.00 – 450,000.00 per year
