We are looking for a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager in the agency vertical for India’s leading insurance company.

Roles & responsibilities: 

  • Handle a team of Sales Managers.
  • Recruiting the team of Sales Managers and building the agency
  • Identify and pursue new clients in the Insurance sector.
  • Develop strategies for expanding our market presence
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Desired Candidates Profile: 

  • Experience: Mini. 2+ Years in Any Field Sales and Marketing department.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets.
