Job Description

We are seeking a Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and performance in our agency channel. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing and training insurance agents, and expanding our agency network.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Recruit, train, and support insurance agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.
• Monitor sales performance and provide strategic insights.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Must be local.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic skills.
