Job Description

Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize sales through the agency channel in the life insurance sector.

Responsibilities:

Architect and implement sales strategies to drive agency channel growth.
Cultivate strong partnerships with insurance agents to foster business development.
Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Ensure adherence to sales targets, KPIs, and company policies.

Requirements:

Experience selling insurance products.
Good at building relationships.
Strong sales skills.
Willing to travel to meet agents and customers.
Age: 21 to 38

Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)
