Job Description

Oversees the agency channel’s sales performance, develops strategies to achieve targets, and manages relationships with key partners. Analyzes market trends to optimize channel effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve channel goals.
  • Manage and motivate agency partners to drive sales performance.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support channel activities.
  • Provide regular reports on channel performance and sales achievements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, channel management, and market analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
