Lead and optimize our Agency Channel sales. Drive performance, manage agency relationships, and implement growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies.
- Recruit, train, and manage agency teams.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Support and monitor agency performance.
- Report on sales performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- 2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Proven sales success and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel.
