Lead and optimize our Agency Channel sales. Drive performance, manage agency relationships, and implement growth strategies.
Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute channel sales strategies.
•Recruit, train, and manage agency teams.
•Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
•Support and monitor agency performance.
•Report on sales performance to senior management.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
•2 to 3 years of relevant sales experience.
•Proven sales success and team management skills.
•Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
•Willingness to travel.
