Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (brokers, agents, etc.) to drive sales growth.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base through strategic partnerships.
- Train and support channel partners to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for business planning.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in channel sales in any industry.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
