Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with channel partners (brokers, agents, etc.) to drive sales growth.
  • Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base through strategic partnerships.
  • Train and support channel partners to improve product knowledge and sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for business planning.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales in any industry.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and regulations.
