Responsibilities:

• Recruit, manage, and train insurance advisors
• Develop sales strategies and execute market segmentation
• Monitor agent performance and provide feedback

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (mandatory)
• Proven field sales experience (minimum 2 years)
• Exceptional communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
