Channel Sales Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales efforts of our life insurance agencies. This role is pivotal in crafting sales strategies, tracking agency performance, and expanding our network of agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the agency channel.
Identify, inform, and support representatives from insurance companies.
Monitor sales performance and execute strategies for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
Prepare sales reports and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Ability to excel in a target-driven environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Must reside locally.
