Job Description

We are seeking a motivated channel sales manager to drive insurance sales by building strong client relationships and expanding our customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of consultants, developing sales strategies, and enhancing business through industry insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, screen, and train new consultants to expand the sales team.
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Stay updated on industry and market trends to apply insights for business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years in field sales.
  • Customer service, organizational ability, problem-solving, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication.
