⚙️Work Requirements: 

• Manage Insurance sales goal achievement through:
• Recruiting Financial Advisor
• Training and developing Advisors on a commission basis.
• Supervise the activity plan of all Advisors to ensure these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels
• Promote & motivate Advisors.

Candidate Snapshot:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of Field Sales Experience
• Exceptional communicator and sales driver
• Self-motivated and results-focused
• Reliable transportation (bike and license)
