About the Role:
As a Channel Sales Manager, you’ll focus on building and managing distribution channels to drive sales. You will establish partnerships, manage channel performance, and ensure consistent growth in revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a network of channel partners.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to channel sales teams.
- Monitor channel performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with partners to implement sales strategies.
- Expand the customer base through effective channel management.
Key Qualifications: - 1-2+ years of experience in channel sales or distribution management.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Age: 22 to 38 years.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation: - CTC: ₹2.00 LPA – ₹3.80 LPA
