A leading insurance company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to manage and grow our channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will develop strategies, drive sales, and ensure partner satisfaction to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with key channel partners.
- Drive sales through partner networks and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement channel strategies to meet sales goals.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business or related field is mandatory.
- 2+ Years of Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
