We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead and develop our channel sales strategy.

Must:

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience in sales
Age above 23 and below 38
Local Candidate

Roles:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents
Build strong relationships with agents
Provide ongoing training and support to agents
Set and achieve aggressive sales targets through the channel
Implement effective sales incentive programs to motivate agent
Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis
