Channel Sales Manager
Summary
The Channel Sales Manager position involves recruiting, training, and managing agents, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to sell insurance products effectively, and ensuring the success of the agency distribution network.
Key Responsibilities-
- Attract and onboard new agents to expand the agency network.
- Conduct in-field training to enhance agent knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist agents with sales strategies, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to the agency and product teams to improve sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of agent activities, sales, and commissions to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications-
- Any bachelor’s degree
- Proven 1+ year experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and the sales process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with agents.
- Leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate agents.
