Territory Sales Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Expanding territory business plans that will grow the company
- Growing and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing sales training to sales agents
- Developing sales and business development techniques
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
- Preparing and submitting reports to the sales team and leadership
- Advising improvements to sales processes and strategies
Candidates Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Proven sales management experiences
- Effective communication skills.
