Role Summary:
The Channel Sales Manager role is focused on driving insurance sales through a network of agents. This includes recruiting, training, and managing advisor, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and meet premium targets through the agency channel.
- Recruit and onboard advisor.
- Monitor and support advisor to ensure target achievement and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with advisor to ensure engagement and growth.
- Collaborate with teams to improve the sales process and customer experience.
- Ensure advisor comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
Key skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team of advisor.
Qualification:
- Any graduate
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- Local preferable
