Job Title: Channel Sales Manager

Job Overview

The Area Sales Executive (ASE) is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined geographic area by supporting and managing a network of agency partners and agents. The ASE will work closely with agency teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets, enhance agent performance, and build strong relationships with key clients. This position requires a strong focus on sales, relationship management, and execution of strategies to drive business growth in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities: 
Achieve individual and team sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products through the agency channel.
Provide regular support, training, and guidance to agents to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and key clients to drive business retention and growth.
Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans for the assigned area in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Desired candidate profile: 
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Years Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
