CHANNEL SALES MANAGER :
Function: Oversee and guide a group of agency members in the sale of life insurance products.

LOCATION : DURGAPUR

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.50 LPA – 3.20 LPA 

Responsiblities :• Establishing and meeting sales targets.
• Hire, educate, and inspire agency managers.
• Establish and preserve connections with agency partners.
Assure a high degree of client satisfaction.
Skill Required :
#managing and selling life insurance is a prerequisite.
#Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
#Familiarity with life insurance policies and procedures.
#Able to meet sales goals.
#Any recent graduates
#The applicant needs to have prior field work experience.
# Candidates with experience in sales and insurance are desired.
