Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team at a leading company in the industry. The role focuses on managing and expanding our channel sales network, driving revenue growth, and ensuring smooth collaboration with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify and on-board new channel partners, building strong relationships.
Manage and support existing channel partners to drive sales growth.
Conduct regular training sessions for partners to improve sales performance.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to enhance results.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align channel strategies.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in channel sales or business development.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to build and nurture long-term partner relationships.
Experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
