Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW :The Channel Sales Manager will drive sales through a network of channel partners, including distributors and resellers. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting partners to meet sales targets and expand market presence.

LOCATION : Haldia 

SALARY PACKAGE : 2.20 LPA – 3.20 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
#Partner Management Recruit and manage channel partners to increase sales.
#Sales Strategy Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue goals.
#Training & Support Provide training and resources to channel partners.
#Performance Monitoring Track and report on partner sales performance.
#Collaboration Work with internal teams to support partners with marketing and product info.
#Market Insights Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.

QUALIFICATION :

#Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
#Experience: 3-5 years in channel sales or partner management.
#Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and sales strategy abilities.
#Tools: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
