Job Summary:
The agency channel’s sales success will be managed and driven by the Channel Sales Manager To accomplish sales goals, expand market penetration, and provide outstanding customer service, this position entails hiring, educating, and inspiring a group of insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and propel the region’s sales goals by creating and implementing plans to achieve both individual and group objectives
Find and hire new agents for the agency channel, making sure they fit in with the company’s objectives and culture.
Establish and preserve solid bonds with important partners, clients, and agents in the assigned region.
Keep thorough records of all your follow-up, sales, and customer interactions.
Desired Candidate
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: 2+ Years Experience in Any Field Sales 1+ Years Experience in BFSI And Insurance Is Mandatory
Age: Minimum 21 Years and maximum 38 Years
