Manager of unit sales
The channel sales manager will be in charge of managing and promoting the life insurance agency’s channel sales. Creating sales tactics, keeping an eye on agency performance, and growing the agent network are all part of this responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and carry out a sales plan for agency channels.
- Find, train, and assist insurance representatives.
- Track sales data and put expansion plans into action.
- Establish and preserve connections with important agency partners.
- Examine market trends and modify plans of action as necessary
Requirements
- The ideal degree is a bachelor’s.
- The capacity to flourish in a setting that is goal-oriented.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
