• Organize regular training sessions to enhance agents’ sales skills.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically in field sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess a bike and a valid driver’s license.
