Job Title: Channel Sales Manager
Role: A Sales Development Manager leads a team of SDRs to find new leads and build a strong sales pipeline. They coach the team, manage performance, and create plans to meet goals and grow the company.
Responsibilities :
– Hire, onboard, and train new sales team members.
– Identify new business opportunities.
– Help the team find customers and build a strong sales pipeline.
– Encourage teamwork and keep the team focused on goals.
– Continuously improve sales processes and performance.
Requirements :
– Any Graduate
– 2-3 years experience in field sales and marketing
– Age between 21–38
– Strong team management and motivation skills
– Good communication skills
