Job Description
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets and drive revenue growth for our insurance products
Roles:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales and marketing
- Age: Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
- Two Wheeler Required
CTC: 2.80 To 3.80 LPA + Incentive + Other Benefit
