Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Motivate and guide the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance and offer guidance and support where needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: At least 2+ years in sales and marketing
- Age Range: 24 to 40 years
- Additional Requirement: Two-wheeler required
Compensation:
CTC: ₹2.80 to ₹3.50 LPA + Incentives + Additional Benefits
